Update on the GMAT Official Guide and other test prep products from GMAC

 

Dear friends of GMAC,

As we gear up for the launch of the GMAT? Official Guide 2018, we wanted to share some updates from the test prep product team at GMAC.

GMAT? Official Guide 2018: The new GMAT Official Guide is slated for release on June 12. This year’s edition is similar to last year in that it will contain 15% new content. In response to a number of queries about changes to the GMAT Official Guide, this year we are providing you with a list that shows exactly what has changed in the books (OG18 / Verbal / Quant). We hope you find this useful.

You will also notice that the GMAT Official Guide will have a brand new look (see image attached). The GMAT exam will undergo a similar transformation later this summer, so consider the GMAT Official Guide a preview of what’s to come.

Finally, all of the content of the GMAT Official Guide 2018 series will be available online. Like content from editions of past years, this content can be unlocked using an access code found in the print book. We hope users will find this online material helpful in their study.

GMATPrep? practice tests: At last year’s test prep summits, we shared news of our plans to migrate the GMATPrep practice tests to a new online platform. We’re in the process of making this happen, and while we don’t have an exact launch date yet, we will share this information with test prep organizations once we have it.

We will continue to make the free downloadable GMATPrep software for candidates who do not have reliable internet connections or simply prefer to have the download, but they should note that we will not be able to provide technical support for or add new content/features to that software going forward.
